Notes from a less stressful life

Little notes from me to you for less stress, more you. It’s a space to realise you're not alone, and to find practical tools and stories that help you understand your stress response and reconnect with yourself.
A less stressful life is possible.

I know you're busy and that you've tried all the things. Stress isn't a problem with your mindset or what you already know. It’s in your nervous system, and that’s why you can’t just ‘switch off’.

'Notes from a less stressful life' is my newsletter where we explore this together. These notes contain practical tools and real-life insights to understand your stress response and expand your toolkit of 'safety signals' so you feel more in control.
Remember, you are not your nervous system.

It’s not about adding more to your plate or inbox, it's about finding clarity and reconnecting with yourself.

Join me, one note at a time.

I spent my 20s chronically stressed. Knowing there had to be a better way I became a self-development fiend, learning all I could about living a less stressful life and I continue to do so today. Now, I have the added bonus of using my knowledge and empathy to ensure more of us have practical tools for less stress.
