Hi, I'm Sam. Welcome.
Chances are, if you're here, stress is playing too big a role.

And it's time for that to start changing.

I work with brilliant, busy people who are juggling demanding work and personal lives. They're often high achievers with a loud inner critic, leaving them stressed and overwhelmed, not because they're lacking, but because life can be a lot.

My approach is practical, friendly, and down-to-earth. I’m here to create a safe space for you to slow down, understand your emotions, and feel more like yourself again - without pressure or guilt.

Why I Do This Work

In my 20s, I often felt stressed and burnt out. Desperately searching for a quick fix, I threw myself into self-development, devouring books, masterclasses, and anything that promised to ease my stress and overthinking.

I became obsessed with understanding why I felt so overwhelmed by stress – and how to stop it.

What I discovered is that we aren't broken. What we really need is a safe space, support, and a chance to reconnect with ourselves by getting to know our nervous system and how it works.

That's what coaching provided for me – a path to understanding the impact of stress on my mind and emotions, and building my self-worth. And that's what I offer my clients: personalised support on their journey to living a less stressful life.

 

I'm not someone with all the answers. What I do have is the ability to listen deeply and ask the right questions, I also truly understand the messy reality of personal growth and stress management – just ask my clients.

Qualifications & CPD

I believe it's important to keep learning, so I dedicate time to my continued professional development. It means I'm always adding to my toolkit, and it means you can trust that I've got a solid foundation to help you find your way.

My experience and training include:

700+ Hours of Coaching. That's a lot of conversations with amazing, busy people just like you.

Level 7 Life Coaching Certificate. A thorough, in-depth qualification so you know you're in safe hands.

5 Years of Private Practice. I've been doing this for a while and I love it.

Member & Volunteer at the Association For Coaching (AC). This keeps me connected to a wider community of coaches and ensures I'm up-to-date with best practices. I'm also part of the local leadership team in Dubai to champion personal development through our monthly Coaching Circles.

Level 2 Counselling. For creating a safe and comfortable space, so you can open up without judgement.

Somatic Coaching & Polyvagal Theory. Because your body is a huge part of your stress response.

Positive Psychology Diploma. Focusing on your strengths and what's going right, so we can build on that and find more joy.

Internal Family Systems (IFS). This helps us explore the different parts of you that might be causing internal conflict.

Meditation Teacher Diploma. Simple, practical ways to find some calm and quiet.

Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness. Ensuring we move forward in a way that feels safe and supportive for you.

NPL Practitioner Course. This is all about how we think, communicate, and understand our own behaviour.
