You don't have to look far on social media to find yet another productivity guru explaining how the path to success is waking up at 4.30am for an hour's meditation.


Unlike a lot of the advice these gurus give, there's a fair bit of evidence that mindfulness practices can be good for our mental and physical health. But what if you don't have the time, ability or inclination to sit still for ages? What if you've triedand found it really difficult and uncomfortable?


Join Sam Isles (née Curtis) and me as we take on "I should meditate". We'll explore different approaches to mindfulness that work for different brains. We'll see what happens when we try too hard to do things "the right way". We'll share our own experiences in finding approaches that work for us.
