I have set myself the challenge to have 100 conversations with brilliant, busy people to help me understand our modern-day stress so that I can live up to my mission of Less Stress, More you.

 

I’m curious to hear your personal stories, invaluable insights, and honest frustrations about managing the pressures of life. Your unique perspective is so valuable in helping me understand how we navigate stress in today’s fast-paced world.

I have many questions I’d love to explore with you, however to respect your time, I will focus on these areas:
