I've set myself the challenge of having 100 honest conversations with brilliant, busy people to understand how stress shows up in our lives - and why we often feel so unequipped to manage it.

This isn’t research. It’s not for a book or a launch. It’s a personal and professional mission to listen, learn, and share what we’re really feeling beneath the surface.
